Q1: What is the difference between the demo and the full version?
A1: The demo version is fully functional: the only two limitations are a small green caption on the picture, saying it is the demo version and this version is limited to 4 cams. If you want to test Netcam Watcher with more then 4 cams, please contact us. You can get a demo key that works with unlimited cameras.
Q2: What is the difference between the Home and the professional Edition?
A2: The Home provides reduced functionality at a reduced price. It still provides the main functions that you need to set up a home security system, like motion detection recording, alarms, disk space management, and supports a wide range of MJPEG and MPEG4 network cameras as well as most common USB webcams. Q3: How secure is your online ordering?
A3: Very secure. We use Order1.net to process online orders. We have used them since 1998 and have found them to be exceptionally reliable. They use the newest, most secure technology available to protect your credit card details. Their certificate was issued by Thawte, which has issued SSL certificates to more than 30% of all companies currently doing business on the web.

Q5: Does Netcam Watcher work under Windows XP?
A5: Yes. Netcam Watcher runs under Windows 98SE/2000/XP.
Q6: Is Netcam Watcher available for Mac Os or Linux?
A6: No.
Q7: Can I install Netcam Watcher on several computers?
A7: Yes. You can install Netcam Watcher on several computers, but you must use only one at the same time.
Q8: How long is the shipping?
A8: Shipping takes 7-10 days by Postal mail and 2-4 days by Courier.
Q9: How much is the shipping cost?
A9: $20 for Postal Mail. $40 for Courier.
Q10: Does the full version come with a user manual?
A10: If you order a boxed version then you receive a printed User Manual. The complete documentation is also included in electronic format from the Help menu, and a printable PDF version is included.
Q11: I don't want to pay online or I have no credit card, how do I order?
A11: You can also order offline, and pay by check, money order, wire transfer. Also you can FAX your credit card details if you do not want to pay online. Please see our offline ordering page for details. [Details]
Q12: Can I order by Purchase Order?
A12: You can order by Purchase Order if you are a company, educational establishment or government department. See our offline ordering pages for details. In some cases we will send a pro-forma invoice.
Q13: Can I purchase a licence for a number of cameras that is not listed on the price list?
A13: Yes, you can purchase a licence for any number of cameras you like. If it is not listed on the pricelist, contact us for details.
Q14: I want to order an Unlimited Cameras licence but only see 99 cameras listed on the ordering page. What do I do?
A14: This is simply an oddity of the Order1 system. If you order "99" cameras then you will receive an unlimited cameras licence. It is not limited to 99 cameras.
Q15: I have many different PCs that I want to use in my large organization. Can I get a site licence?
A15: Yes you can. Send us details of your requirements and we can quote you for a site licence.
Q16: I want to order several licences. Can I get a discount?
A16: Yes, normally we give discounts for bulk orders. Send us details of your needs and we can give you a quotation.
Q17: We are a Charity / School / Church or other worthy cause. Can we get a discount?
A17: We consider each case on it's merits and can give discounts. Please send us your details and the reasons for needing a licence and we will get back to you.
